This AI employee's sole purpose is to find urgent and painful problems that customers are willing to pay to solve. The suggested prompt is: "Act like a world-class researcher who checks their work. List the top 5 urgent, painful problems faced by [your customer]. Give me proof from Reddit, Amazon reviews, and real forums." This step grounds the entire business concept in validated market needs rather than assumptions.

2. The Strategist: Developing a Testable Offer

Once the customer's pain points are identified, the Strategist's role is to transform that research into a tangible, testable offer. Bilyeu emphasizes that this is not about building a full product but creating a "small free offer you can test this week." The goal is to create something so valuable that a customer would feel it's worth $50 to $100.

The prompt for the Strategist is: "Based on those pain points, give me 5 free offer ideas my customer would race to download... Rank them by fastest to build and most likely to get sign-ups." This focuses the AI on generating practical, high-conversion ideas that can be executed quickly.
